徐人薇，资深女高音。2002年领导成立《百合女声》。十五年来带领《百合女声》举办或与友团联办多次演唱会，并率团海外参加合唱比赛。在她带领下合作过的声乐老师包括苏燕卿、于吉星，周小曼，黄荣海等，钢琴名师包括巫漪丽、李彬、林巧琳等。徐人薇现为《百合女声》名誉团长。
Chin Jin Mieh founded Baihe Ladies Singers in 2002 and had been its President until 2018. Over the years, she led Baihe in numerous public performances, several in conjunction with other choral groups in Singapore and overseas. She also took Baihe Ladies Singers to competitions and music festivals, local and abroad. Under her leadership, Baihe Ladies Singers worked with renowned musicians such as Su YanQing, Yu JiXing, Zhou XiaoMan, Elaine Wu, Huang RongHai, Lin Chiu-Ling and Li Bin. Chee Jin Mieh is now the Honourary President of Baihe Ladies Singers and remains an active First Soprano in the choir.
